The hotel was nicely maintained, and the staff was welcoming and friendly. However, housekeeping was inconsistent, and the check-in process had its hiccups. It would have been great to have timely room service while we were out exploring. Overall, a decent experience for our family trip.

Clean hotel with a great location just outside of Atlanta. My King Room had comfortable beds, and I appreciated the coffee setup in the morning. Staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in easy. However, housekeeping struggled during my stay. I requested fresh towels and garbage bags but waited two days before receiving them. The breakfast cost $16, which felt overpriced for the limited options available. Parking was free but inconvenient. It was up a steep hill, and I had to climb stairs. I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, but it was inconvenient to walk to restaurants and shops nearby, requiring a short drive. I'd consider staying again but hope for better service and improvements in housekeeping.

staff was super friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfy. loved that it was close to northside hospital which was a big plus for us. the check-in guy was really nice and asked us about our stay which was cool.
the parking lot was pretty far from the hotel entrance and kinda poorly lit.

The breakfast spread offered made-to-order options, with fresh fruit and baked goods that really hit the spot each morning. My room included a microwave, refrigerator, and a comfy sofa bed which were perfect for my family's needs.
The indoor pool is on the smaller side. it was crowded our first night. Additionally, parking felt tricky, and I often couldn't find a spot without circling the lot, which adds a bit of frustration after a long drive.

Nice stay, comfy beds!
I had a so-so experience. The shower pressure was awesome, and the beds were really comfy. The lobby area was nice and clean. But the elevator was kinda slow, which got annoying sometimes. Still, overall, a decent choice if you need a place to crash.

I enjoyed my stay in the King Room. It was spacious and comfortable, with excellent shower pressure. The lobby area looked clean and welcoming, which set a good tone for my visit. The staff were friendly, which made me feel valued. However, the parking situation was frustrating. The designated parking was often full, leading to limited options. I also noticed the cleanliness of the hallways could be improved. they felt neglected with dirty floors. Breakfast items were pricey and not as fresh as I hoped. Despite these issues, my room provided a cozy retreat after my long days. I'd appreciate more attention to detail in cleaning and parking accommodations overall.
